Whosoever says he or she never faced situation like this, absolutely lies. We often go to parties to make our opponents burn but return back home feeling ashamed. Yellow tooth is not a minor thing. It shows how much your careless regarding your tooth – which may be sensitive and fighting “bacterial decay” now due to you. Yes, yes, yes, YOU… Actually, you too are not to be blamed. It’s your lack of knowledge regarding tooth. Ignominious, of course. But not from now. For bad health of our tooth, these our very favourite are to be blamed the most. STAY AWAY FROM THEM – FOR YOURSELF.
For pearls like white shiny tooth, keep check on the intake of nutrients is very much necessary. You should take a glass of a milk daily as it is rich in Calcium which is fantastic for your tooth. You should also take vitamin D and Vitamin2 supplements; and eat butter, hard cheeses. For getting enough of vitamin A, make liver, egg yolks, & other animal products the essential elements of your plate. For magnesium, pulses; and for iron, spinach is the best.
